ENERGY BALANCING

  

Today's state-of-the-art energy balancing techniques are highly effective in dealing with stress and the physical and emotional pains and discomfort that go with it. 

As a Certified Energy Coach I use a number of these cutting-edge modalities, but primarily EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique described at www.emofree.com  ), TAT     (www.TATlife.com) and the Zpoint Process (www.Zpointprocess.com).  Simple and easy to use, each of these is a little different, yet each can be profoundly effective.

Unlike massage which is usually passively received, these techniques are normally interactive.  They require certain input and active participation from the client while the practitioner assumes the role and function of a facilitator or coach.

The premise for this work is that we humans are a biochemical electrical system, and like any electrical system, we can charge, discharge or short circuit.  And indeed, in today's stress-filled world, many live in a perpetual reactive state of discharge and short-circuit.

In such a chronic stress state, our energy flow is interrupted, blocked or diverted.  This causes undesirable mental and emotional patterns to set up which in turn manifest in undesirable physical changes in the body. Disrupted energy flow is a major cause of negative emotions which, if left unresolved, are major contributors to many--if not most--physical aches, pain and "dis-eases."
